1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using EasyGiG (the "Service"), whether as a guest or a registered account holder, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.
2 The Service
EasyGiG is a data bundle reselling platform operating in Ghana. We facilitate the purchase and delivery of mobile data bundles for MTN, Telecel, and AT (AirtelTigo), as well as WASSCE (WAEC) and BECE result checker cards. We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official agent of MTN Ghana, Telecel Ghana, AirtelTigo, or the West African Examinations Council (WAEC), except as an authorized purchaser of their products through licensed upstream suppliers.
3 Accounts & Eligibility
You may use EasyGiG as a guest without creating an account, or register for a free account to access additional features such as a wallet, order history, and faster checkout.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it up to date.
- One account per person. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts may be suspended without notice.
4 Orders, Delivery & Refunds
When you place an order, you are responsible for entering the correct recipient phone number. Delivery times typically range from 10–60 minutes , as they depend on factors outside our control, including network provider processing times.
No refunds for incorrect recipient numbers. Once a bundle or checker is delivered to the number entered at checkout, the transaction is final and non-refundable, whether the number was entered incorrectly or belongs to someone other than the intended recipient. Please verify the recipient number carefully before confirming payment.
If a bundle or checker fails to deliver due to an error on our end or our supplier's end (for example, a failed API purchase after payment was collected), you are entitled to a refund to your wallet (for registered members) or a resolution through our support process (for guests, subject to verification).
5 Wallet Balance
Registered members may maintain a wallet balance funded via Paystack (Mobile Money or card, subject to a processing fee shown at time of deposit). Wallet balances:
- Can be used to pay for orders on EasyGiG with no additional transaction fee.
- Are not redeemable for cash withdrawal except where explicitly offered as a feature and subject to any applicable terms at that time.
- Are not interest-bearing and are not a savings or investment product.
- May be forfeited if an account is terminated for violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
6 Reseller Conduct & Marketing Restrictions
If you use EasyGiG to resell data bundles or checkers to others (for example, as a reseller account), the following restrictions apply:
No public social media advertising. You may not advertise, promote, or share your EasyGiG store link, referral information, or branding on any public social media platform, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, Snapchat, or YouTube. Sharing is permitted only through direct WhatsApp messages and word of mouth to people you know personally. Accounts found in violation may be immediately and permanently suspended without prior warning or refund of any wallet balance.
7 Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
- Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the Service.
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to interact with the Service without our written permission.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or data.
- Use the Service to facilitate fraud, including payment fraud or the use of stolen payment credentials.
- Resell result checkers or data bundles obtained through EasyGiG in a manner that misrepresents their source or validity.
8 Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, EasyGiG shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to delivery delays caused by third-party networks, service interruptions, or data supplier outages beyond our reasonable control.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
9 Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the Service in a way that harms EasyGiG, other users, or our suppliers. You may also close your account at any time by contacting support.
10 Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
11 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
